What We Can’t Help With
Since ePassport.pk is an independent informational website and not a government body, there are some things we’re simply not able to assist with:
- We cannot check the status of your specific passport application
- We cannot process payments, applications, or renewals on your behalf
- We cannot expedite, influence, or intervene in any official government process
- We do not have access to DGIP’s internal systems or applicant records

A Note on Scams
We will never contact you asking for passport fee payments, CNIC details, or any personal information in exchange for “faster processing” or special access. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent ePassport.pk and asks for money or sensitive personal details, please do not respond, and let us know at support@epassport.pk so we can warn other readers.
